Please take note of the following before submitting your query:

• Should your voucher / reference number be incorrect, kindly contact the sales office where you received the voucher.
• All bookings to be confirmed on the One Year Gift website, no alternative accommodation bookings will be offered.
• Ensure that you use your full voucher number: example MW00000KA
• Ensure that both voucher number and reference number do not contain any spaces
• That all / any letters are in capitals
• In order to view availability, please register as a voucher holder
• Username is your email, and password you select yourself
• You will receive an activation link upon successful registration
• No telephonic or email reservations will be accepted, all reservations to be made via www.oneyeargift.co.za
• Should you wish to search availability, please be so kind as to do so on the One Year Gift website. No e-mail queries with regards to alternative / additional availability will be attended to.
• Your booking confirmation can be viewed or printed after your reservation has been made online
• Should your voucher not contain a Voucher / Reference number, you will not be able to register on the One Year Gift Website. Please contact the relevant Sales Office where you received the voucher, should the reference number not appear on the voucher. One Year Gift is unable to assist you with your reservation if all relevant details are not entered. No e-mail queries with regards to Voucher / Reference numbers will be attended to by One Year Gift as we do not have access to this information.
